These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors to our website at quorumad.info and to all clients who engage our advisory services.

5. Advisory Services

Where a client engages Quorum Advisors for advisory services, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and confidentiality arrangements are set out in an engagement letter signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to that engagement letter.

Fees quoted on this website are indicative starting points and may be adjusted based on the scope and complexity of a specific engagement. Final fees are confirmed in writing before any engagement commences.

Quorum Advisors provides advisory observations and analysis to inform the client's own decision-making. We do not make decisions on behalf of clients, and outcomes depend on a range of factors — including client action — that are beyond our control.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter, the following default payment terms apply:

• A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is due upon signing of the engagement letter
• The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the final deliverable being shared
• All fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable Malaysian taxes (including SST where applicable)
• Late payment may result in work being paused and interest being applied at 1.5% per month

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the strictest discretion. Information shared with us during an engagement is held in confidence and is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law, or where you have provided written consent.

We may reference completed engagements in general terms — for example, in anonymised case study descriptions — provided no confidential information is disclosed and the client cannot reasonably be identified. Where a client prefers this not to occur, we will respect that preference upon written request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Quorum Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from use of this website or from any advisory engagement, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability in connection with any advisory engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. External Links

This website may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience. We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, reliability, or privacy practices. The presence of a link does not constitute endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
