Most engagements begin with a preliminary conversation — no charge, no obligation. We use this to understand the nature of your question and confirm whether our approach is suited to it. If both parties feel it is a good fit, we agree on scope and proceed.

We work with mid-size and established companies across sectors — particularly those where leadership teams are navigating a significant transition, preparing for a meaningful conversation with stakeholders, or stepping back to reassess direction. We do not work in categories requiring specialist regulatory knowledge that falls outside our practice.

Engagements vary. A focused stakeholder preparation project might run two to four weeks. A strategic advisory engagement with multiple listening sessions and written analysis could span six to ten weeks. We do not carry engagements longer than necessary, and scope is agreed in writing at the outset.

Our services are priced by engagement, not by the hour. Starting fees are listed on our Solutions page. Final pricing depends on the scope agreed at the outset. We do not introduce additional charges mid-engagement without discussion and written agreement.

All engagements are covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement. We do not reference client names or describe engagement details in our own marketing. The identity and matters of our clients remain strictly private.

Yes. While we are based in Kuala Lumpur, we regularly work with organisations in Penang, Johor Bahru, and across the region. Engagements can be structured to minimise travel requirements where this is preferred.
